I need to know where can I get a "manual" meat grinder in Cebu?

Ok, guys please help ... I know it must be here but for the life of me I can not find any. This is "manual" (manual) are the type that is at the table or hold sufficient Heavey put on the table ... It has different sized attachments for grinding meat, or vegetables and such ... I live in Cebu and arrived in the city only once a month and do not really have time to give around to see that sales of them ... if you can you should know exactly what the store sales, or at least "What kind of store" sales of them.
